Our in-house maintenance and repair service is a holistic solution designed to proactively maintain the properties we manage and to give landlords the peace of mind that their interests are being protected. We promote a pro-active approach to maintenance and perform periodic property checks, which resolve issues before they become a problem.

Our maintenance department understands the importance of flexibility as repair issues and emergencies are not always predictable. Landlords are always consulted and advised in an open and honest way.

Our maintenance division includes a team of six experienced full time specialists, supported by an extensive network of fully vetted trade experts. The team carries out a responsive maintenance service 24/7, 365 days a year. Our team provides the following services:

  • Property Inspections
    Regular inspections are carried out on each property under management. The frequency of our inspections is variable depending on the nature of the property and the tenancy.
  • Repair service
    Our team provides repairs for all property related maintenance issues. All specialist work is undertaken by qualified sub-contractors who have passed our internal vetting process. We only use NIC EIC accredited electricians and gas engineers who are on the GAS SAFE register
    We have invested heavily in our technology to ensure all maintenance and repair work is logged and executed in the most efficient way.
  • Emergency response
    Our maintenance team is on call 24/7 365 days a year to attend to emergencies. Emergencies are defined in by pre set criteria with local authorities and on a case by case basis for non local authority tenancies.
  • Void maintenance
    We know the importance of reducing turnaround times to minimise financial exposure during void periods. Our maintenance team work towards strict targets and work closely with our network of trusted suppliers and sub-contractors to provide a complete void period service to ensure vacant properties can be put back on the market, quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively with no risk to our landlords.
  • Insurance repairs
    When our landlords make a claim on their property insurance we can help to manage the claim from assessment through to repair and claim settlement.
  • Cleaning
    Our maintenance team has extensive experience in end of tenancy and pre tenancy cleaning.
  • Certificates
    We work with an experienced network of suppliers and contractors to provide Electrical Certificates (NIC EIC), Gas Safety Certificates (CP 12) and Domestic Energy Performance Certificates at competitive prices.
