Private Lettings
We offer a growing private lettings service for landlords and tenants on Assured Short hold Tenancies (AST) throughout London and Hertfordshire. Our lettings team can accurately determine the rental value of all residential properties and can help landlords find the right tenants for their properties using multiple marketing channels.
Our letting commission is for the total rent payable for the entire length of the tenancy, payable in advance at the commencement of the tenancy and any extension or renewal.
Leasing and Council Schemes
Tower Estates can provide a complete management service for landlords removing the administration of management and much of the risk and uncertainty of owning investment properties. We can sign fixed term lease with Landlords, ensuring that the property/ portfolio will be managed for the duration of the contract term. We are happy to absorb much of the risk of ownership, leaving you with peace of mind that your assets are being managed and your interests are being protected.
In return for your property, you will receive a market competitive rent, guaranteed while occupied, which means that you will not have to worry about tenants owing you rent arrears, as we will pay you whether they pay or not.
We charge no commission, management and no set up fees and your rent will be paid on time, every month.

For landlords with larger portfolios we offer a unique specialist tailored service. As markets are constantly changing we periodically review all portfolios and invite client’s to discuss the best approach to maximise their investments.
